In 2005, I have found ”Azure Chinchillas” - Debbie Cave's fantastic website for chinchillas. It describes keeping, breeding and treating chinchillas in detail, occasionally wittily. She is a "specialist breeder" of high-quality violet chinchillas in UK. I have translated contents of the site into Japanese under her permission. I hope you enjoy reading "Japanese version".

original articles are described based on weather and situation in
UK. Therefore, some contents can not be applied to keeping
chinchillas in Japan. Especially, almost
