I am sending herewith a manuscript entitled "Title" . The manuscript consists of the original and one copy, together with sets of Figures as follows; l) Two set of Figures complete with lettering for the origina] and copy of the manuscript. 2) Another original set of Figures of identical size but without any letters or numbers.

The manuscript has been neither published nor intended to publish elsewhere. The experiments were properly conducted, and the experimental animals were treated humanely at the authorized animal house of our university following the guideline of animal care and treatment which was established by the Japanese Pharmacological Society.

The co-authors and I have read carefully the Statement and Copyright Agreement. We confirmed our acceptance of these terms by signing a Declaration to that effect. I am enclosing the Declaration form.

I should be very grateful if the manuscript could be reviewed and considered for publication in your journal.
